Build and nurture strong, consultative partnerships with facility CNOs, nursing leadership, and hiring managers across hospital facilities to align hiring targets with operational needs. Participate in periodic travel for quarterly facility visits, department walk-throughs, and local community hiring events to stay deeply connected with regional leadership. What You'll Bring to the Table 3+ years of dedicated talent acquisition or human resources experience (healthcare recruiting or clinical HR experience strongly preferred). Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of 4 years of relevant work experience.
