Dizario Search is conducting a search for an experienced Production Scheduler on behalf of a well-established, highly respected manufacturing organization producing complex industrial products. This is a high-impact role responsible for optimizing production schedules, balancing capacity, and ensuring on-time customer delivery. Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments Evaluate labor, equipment, and material availability to ensure realistic and efficient scheduling Coordinate closely with production, sales, and operations teams to align priorities Monitor production flow and proactively address scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks Analyze data and generate reports to support planning and operational decision-making Communicate schedule updates and changes to internal stakeholders Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling and production efficiency Production Scheduler Qualifications: 5+ years of production scheduling or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Excel and ERP or production scheduling systems Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred Why This Opportunity: Stable, well-established manufacturing organization Highly visible role with direct impact on operations Collaborative, team-oriented environment Competitive compensation and benefits If you are interested in learning more, please apply directly or reach out to nflynn@dizariosearch.com to discuss the opportunity in more detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
