ARKTOP is a marketing agency for luxury brands — watches, jewelry, and high-end retail. We run paid media, web, SEO, social, and email for a small roster of clients who expect the work to look and feel as considered as what they sell. We're hiring one person to run the accounts. You'll report directly to our CEO, set the direction on the work, and give that direction to the specialists who execute it — design and social, web, paid media, SEO. You'll touch every client we have. This is not a coordination job. You'll be expected to have a point of view on what the work should be, and to hold the standard when it isn't there yet. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Account direction — you decide what each client needs next quarter and brief the team on it. Then you review what comes back and send it back when it isn't right. Client relationships — you're the voice they hear most. Updates, recaps, difficult conversations, the call before they have to ask. The work moving — scoping, timelines, and traffic across design, web, paid, and SEO. Nothing sits. Performance — monthly reporting, and the judgment to read the numbers and change course rather than just present them. Proposals and pitches — built with the CEO, increasingly led by you. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Four or more years in marketing, with real agency experience. You've run accounts, not just tasks on them. You've directed specialists before — briefed them, reviewed their work, told them when it wasn't good enough, and kept the relationship intact. Clear, quick, professional writing. Most of this job is written communication with clients. Working knowledge across paid, SEO, web, and social. You don't need to execute in any of them, but you can't direct what you don't understand. Comfortable working with AI tools daily. We use them across reporting, content, and development, and we expect you to use them well. Taste. You should be able to look at a deck or a social post and know whether it's good enough to put in front of a luxury client. Based in or near New Jersey. The role is hybrid — mostly remote, but we want you close enough for client meetings and in-person working sessions. WHY THIS ROLE IS WORTH TAKING We're small, so this is not a seat in a hierarchy. You'll work directly with the CEO, own client relationships outright, and have the room to shape how the accounts are run rather than inherit someone else's system. If you've been the person doing the work while someone above you took the meeting, this is the step up. COMPENSATION $60,000 – $90,000 base, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
